has hosted our past formation clinics They are offering a 25
cent per gallon fuel discount on top of their great hospitality.
The Airport
Grille Restaurant has been renovated and reopened with a new
highly rated menu.
Hotel rooms
are blocked under Bonanzas at the
Days Inn New Bedford about 2 Miles from the field with free
continental breakfast, WiFi and swimming pool. Rate guarantee
is $109 +tax for either Double or King. Cutoff date for
the rooms is May 21. Please call the hotel directly prior to
the cutoff date at

to reserve one of the blocked rooms. Avis Car Rental is
available on the field in the terminal for anyone who would like
their own car. There are 2 full size cars reserved @$34
per day. We will use these vehicles to ferry our group between
the hotel and restaurants.
This will be
a full two-day formation practice clinic that is required for
the B2OSH formation flight.
Mandatory
Briefing Saturday 9:00am at Sandpiper Air
Flights on
Saturday 10:30am-5:00pm with lunch break
Sunday 9:00am-3:30pm with lunch break
Initial Two
ship formations will be conducted. Maneuvers will focus on
element take-offs, position keeping, cross-unders, breaks and
rejoins and element landings. Three and Four ship
formations will be conducted by the more advanced formation
pilots.
The Main
Terminal Ramp is off limits. DO NOT Taxi across the Solid Yellow
Lines. Stay on the taxiways.

of this program may qualify the attendee for 60 ABS Aviator
points. |
