| Dennis King presented his technique for
shimmy damper overhaul or service (yes, there is a difference between the
two) at the ABS tent at Oshkosh AirVenture for the past several years.
This slide presentation is how Dennis does it. His tools that he put
together are not essential, but make the job go quickly and easily. It
is much easier to understand if you come by the tent and watch him the next
time he demonstrates it. The files are presented
in both PowerPoint and .pdf format. The PowerPoint file is over 13
megabytes and will take quite some time to download on slower internet
connections. The .pdf format works just as well with <PageUp> and <PageDown>
and is just over one megabyte. With Dennis King's permission and at
Larry Gaines' suggestion, this is made available to you. It is
especially good to refresh your memory if you have seen his demonstration or
