We are planning catered barbeque food this year.  It cannot be done with out an accurate count.  It is mandatory that we know the co-pilot and all passengers in each plane to get an accurate head count.

6:00 p.m.	Food service begins - note: children go to head of line with parents.
7:00 p.m.	Raffle begins when food service completed.
After raffle	Awards presentation
After awards	Everyone pitch in to clean up.
