Formation Standards Manual - NEW GUIDANCE
We have used the T-34 Manual as our standard Formation Procedure document. A copy was required to train with us. We are replacing it with much more thorough guidance written by the same author – Drew Blahnick of the FAST organization. Drew and FAST have graciously given us permission to post a link for free download. It's called The Formation Pilot's Knowledge Guide
