Bus Schedule

Friday:
  • 1:00 PM till 6:00 PM – Shuttle to and from hotels in buses.
  • 7:15 till 9:45 PM – bus for return to motels.
Saturday:
  • 6:30 till 9:30 AM – Hotels to KLSE.
Bus pick-up points:
  • Sponsored by McFarlane Aviation. Visit them in Exhibit Hangar C, Booth #3131. Tell them you're with B2OSH and thank them.
  • The driver knows where to start this year..

Please, do NOT ask about buses at motel registration desks.
Bus round trip takes 20-25 minutes.

Friday Registration and Hangar Party

B2OSH Check-In:
  • B2OSH Check-In opens in Colgan Air hangar 3:00 PM Friday.
Hangar Party:
  • A Hangar Party and Formation Showcase Performance follows registration. Food service starts at 5:30.
  • Freedom Avionics CEO Jim Lewis will bring his Bonanza Party Trailer. He'll serve craft root beer from a keg, drawn from a tap in the nose of the propeller spinner.
  • Meal catered by Pogy's, the best caterer in the area.
  • Beer is donated by Pearl Street Brewery owner Joe Katchever. Joe flew with us as a passenger the past 2 years.

Saturday Breakfast
  • Please take advantage of your hotel's complimentary breakfast this year.

  • Remember the donuts we had Saturday before last year's flight? Best donuts, EVER! Same bakery is baking our cakes. Not gluten free.
Preflight briefing
  • 9:30 AM in Colgan Hangar 4 (same hangar as Check-In and Hangar Party)
