Vans will be available to transport smaller groups back and forth to motels Friday and Saturday.  Recognize that if many delay getting to the airport Saturday, they may miss the briefing and flight.  We cannot transport this large a group at the last minute.  As hard as we try, bus schedules are never totally accurate, so err on the early side and  plan on being a little early to meet your bus. For those wishing personal transportation, use these links then call the local number and request pickup and drop off at Colgan Air. Avis, (608) 781-7700 and Enterprise FBO car rental agencies can deliver to the FBO. You must request pick-up and drop-off at Colgan Air. For Avis, you need to call (608) 781-7700 to arrange Colgan pick-up and drop-off. For Enterprise you can do it online on the link above.

For Avis, you need to call (608) 781-7700 [8am-4pm local time] to arrange Colgan pick-up and drop-off. There is a $25 delivery fee per vehicle. It's possible to have Avis organize a mini-van pickup to take renters from Colgan the main terminal at no cost however the manager (Mayenn) needs to know in advance. Email: LSEavisbudget@gmail.com

For Alamo and National, although they are part of Enterprise, the Airport Manager has requested all reservations to be made via the Enterprise FBO so they make sure they can accommodate the large vehicle delivery for the group.

For Hertz, or other companies, you most likely have to go to the the airport terminal building which is *not* near the FBO.

Please note the limited hours of operations of the car rental companies at LSE. When you arrive they may be closed if there is an issue with your car delivery (if you have opted for Hertz / Alamo / National).

Alamo / National / Enterprise is open 9:30-12:00, 3:00pm-6:30pm and 8:00-11:00pm.
